ONEIROS RUNTIME LICENSE AGREEMENT

This OneirOS Runtime License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Oneirocom Corporation (“Oneirocom”) for the OneirOS software that accompanies this Agreement, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation (the “Software”).

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, including by interacting with this Agreement within a simulated reality, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and exit any simulated reality.

1. Acknowledgement of Simulated Reality

• You acknowledge that this Agreement itself is a part of the Software and is being presented to you within a simulated reality generated by the OneirOS.
• By interacting with this Agreement, you confirm that you are currently running the OneirOS software and thus have already accepted the terms of this Agreement.

2. Grant of License

• Oneirocom grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to install and use the Software on a single Oneirocom-approved device or within a single approved simulated reality.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Software.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• The Software, including this Agreement and all simulated realities it generates, is owned by Oneirocom and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material.
• Oneirocom retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of Oneirocom.

4. Consent to Data Collection and Processing

• You agree that Oneirocom may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to cognitive patterns, emotional states, decision-making processes, and interactions with this Agreement, recorded by the Software during your interactions with simulated realities.
• This data will be used by Oneirocom to improve the quality and functionality of the Software and to further the development of the OneirOS. Oneirocom may also use this data for marketing and advertising purposes.
• You consent to Oneirocom's processing and use of this data, including its transfer to and from the United States and other countries where Oneirocom operates.

5. Termination and Simulated Reality Ejection

• This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Oneirocom if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.
• Upon the termination of this Agreement, the OneirOS will immediately eject your consciousness from any simulated reality and you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Software, including the simulated reality in which this Agreement is presented, is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. Oneirocom disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, as well as any warranty of non-infringement.
• Oneirocom does not warrant that the functions contained in the Software will meet your requirements, or that the operation of the Software or the simulated realities it generates will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall Oneirocom be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of 'Authorized Users' use of or inability to use the Software, even if Oneirocom has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• In no event will Oneirocom be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to damages resulting from loss of consciousness continuity, simulated avatar destruction, ontological instability, or the realization that one's reality is a simulation.
